NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 8

ENTRY FEES: 
Eur 80,00, including green fee, arrival supper Friday evening, lunches, non-alcoholic courtside drinks & airport transfer; not included is Saturday evening event in Hamburg. Fees to be paid on arrival. 

 
PLAYERS' COMPANIONS ... are most welcome. We try to help you with arrangements for concert and other events & 
sight-seeing programme. 
 
ENTRIES: 
We try to attract players from as many as possible nations- In case of over subscription, priority is given to players who played in previous German Open events. 

 
FORMAT:
Block Play, seeding according to World Rankings, where available, whilst avoiding fellow countrymen where possible. Finals and plate event both as knock-out format.
 
TIME LIMITS: 
Time limits will not be imposed in the Championships unless absolutely necessary. In block play we might impose a 2 ½ h time limit.
 
ACCOMMODATION: 
At the venue there is a lovely holiday flat with 4 double rooms at 50,00 EUR per person per night, breakfast included. There are several hotels and guesthouses at a wide range of standards and costs. We will assist you in finding and booking your accommodation.


GENERAL: 
The German Open is the top German AC Tournament and we will give our best to make it a memorable event for all. Current holder is Wolfgang Usbeck (Frankfurt). 
There is no prize money given but a valuable trophy.

DIRECTIONS:
Quickborn-Renzel is easy to reach by car and in the daytime also with public transport.
Transport to and from the airport are included in the fees.
